Who is responsible in case of crane downtime or breakdown?

As the rental company, we are responsible for the technical serviceability of the crane. In case of a breakdown, we are obliged to fix it as soon as possible at our own expense.

The renter is responsible for organizing the work on site. If the crane is idle due to a lack of tasks, materials, or other reasons on the client's side, this time is paid for according to the contract.
